At Dapper Style Shop, we take as much care in ensuring your satisfaction as we do in crafting our fine garments. Should any item not meet your expectations, we offer a refined returns and exchanges process designed with the gentleman’s convenience in mind.
Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Note on Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on boxer shorts and nightwear unless they arrive defective or incorrect. All other items from our collection are eligible for return.
The Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Submit your request: Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template provided below.
- Wait for authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
- Ship your return: Send the package to our address at 4172 Prudence Street, HARRIS, US 49845 using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same process as returns, clearly indicating in your email that you wish to exchange the item
- Specify the replacement item (style, size, and color)
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For our international clientele (excluding Asia and certain remote areas), please note:
- You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
- We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially avoid additional charges
- International refunds may take 10-15 business days to process
